SUMMER GREEN. LEISURE THINGS.

Summer, summer, summer! It's all about those bright colors that literally give you life. But there's one color that may not be as bright but it sure does give me life. So calming, so soothing.

OLIVE GREEN.

Frequently considered as boring to others, olive green, in my opinion, is one of the best statement making colors to wear during the summer season. For this look, I paired this lovely, leg-revealing dress purchased from Know Style with nude ankle-strapped heels from Charlotte Russe. I added a huge, gorgeous olive green necklace and black/gold earrings as my accessories. Olive green can be considered a neutral, earth-tone color so it's easy to pair it up with a variety of colors, both bright and not-so bright colors. That's what I love about it.

This also applies to your accessories, like handbags. In the video, I added an all-black clutch purse. But, if you want to add a color of boldness, it's perfectly okay and you will look POPPIN' doing it. Olive green is so calming, but it gives off that "I OWN THIS." vibe.

FASHION HACK: ROMPERS AND MAXI-SKIRT SHORT KILLER COMBO!

Did I really put a romper and maxi-skirt shorts together to make an outfit for my 25th birthday?!!!

Uhhhhh, yeah I did! Believe it or not, you can make your own two-piece outfits that you never imagined would work out. Both pieces, the floral romper and the floral maxi-skirt shorts, were purchased from Charlotte Russe. Sometimes, you can purchase a romper that may be a little too short. And that was the obvious case for me. However, with the right pattern and texture, a maxi-skirt short can turn that too short outfit to a BOMB outfit. Depending on the texture of cloth, you can easily tuck that romper inside your maxi-skirt shorts and pair it up with some cute heels just as I did for my birthday outfit. People literally thought it was a maxi dress.

But, like I said before, be mindful of the texture and pattern of both pieces. If the cloth of the romper is too thick, it will bulge and will become extremely noticeable to others. If the colors or patterns don't match between both pieces, it won't look right either.

I hope this fashion hack will help you, if needed. Message me if you have any questions. Stay connected with me for more content.

ROMPER SEASON HAS ARRIVED!

Ladies, romper season is finally here! This is my first look that I decided to introduce for my newest addition to Char.Modeling, our Look Book. When I tell you an all black look really makes a statement, it does. It can give you that touch of chic and sophistication that you need.

This look was super simple to put together. This off-the-shoulder romper was purchased at Forever 21. It's super cute, comfortable, and the perfect addition to your closet. You can wear it to a fun occasion with friends or it can be worn for that date with your cute crush that you've been dying for. I paired this romper with ankle strapped, black and gold heels that I purchased from Charlotte Russe. The heel itself is gold which served as the perfect eye catcher when walking. I kept the clothing simple so my heels can give the finishing touch for the chic look that I desired. Only accessories needed were simple, golden/dark purple earrings like those you see pictured. Too much jewelry would take away from the outfit itself.

What can I say? A romper is a girl's best friend too!
